Values

The cornerstone of all that I do.

Authenticity

Building trust means being real. And upholding one’s own principles is the only way to go.

Equality

Different people need different things to flourish. And everyone deserves to flourish. Unless we acknowledge difference, justice is illusory.

Curiosity

We all have something to contribute and something to learn. Always. Leaning into what’s unfamiliar — and sometimes even uncomfortable — is how we tap into collective wisdom.

Imagination

Releasing ourselves from the confines of what is gives us permission to create what we know in our hearts is possible.

Kindness

Simple kindness can open the door to genuine caring and true understanding.

Safety

Physical, emotional, and psychological safety is a fundamental precursor to creativity, healing, and fearless expansion.

Why am I telling you this?

Because in architecture, a cornerstone is the first stone laid in a structure’s foundation. It is said to be the most important stone in the structure because all other stones are laid in reference to it. My values function as the cornerstone for my work.

You’ll see that authenticity is my #1. So I want you to know what you’re getting.

If my values don’t jive with you, that’s so totally fine; it just probably means we’re not a good match. If they do sound like something you could get down with — even if your org may not be quite there yet — then let’s see what kind of magic we can make together.
